This developing account of available photos, data, and press cuttings is to enlighten and encourage a recollection of Newcastle (Staffs) RUFC members’ appropriate memoirs.
The intention is to create an ‘accurate as possible’ account of the club’s history.
From its embryonic beginnings in November 1947, up to the present contemporary facilities and bars, the club continues to remain committed to improvement.
The club understands that placing photographs on a web site is controversial however it has proved impossible to contact all ex-members.

Appreciation
A sincere thank you is extended to all club members who have offered information regarding the club’s history. However, a special mention must be made to founder member Pete Smith for penning his crucial memoirs and to Keith Dale for his remarkable record keeping. The club remains deeply indebted to both Pete and Keith for their vital and valued information.
